Final Prep for Colorado

Today was just errands and catching up on writing. I mailed my other state maps, ursack, axe and spikes to Salida.

I kept my snowshoes even though I’m not looking forward to carrying them. I might need them in the two sections over 11000 feet. I handled my resupply to Del Norte and got pizza from a great food truck near the post office called Local Motion. By the way, for breakfast in Chama, Fina’s Diner is great!

I’m ready to hike north tomorrow and excited to continue on the journey!
